Intestinal Dog Worms – Awareness is the Key

Intestinal parasites and animals, particularly pet dogs, have millions of years of weird relationship. Animals living in wild are less affected by intestinal parasites.  This is because animals dying in their natural habitat are devoured immediately and scavengers finish off the residual carcasses. This eliminates the chance for worm eggs and larvae to develop and find a host. Even by any chance, wild animals become infected by parasites they have developed a highly efficient system to get rid of them naturally.  Pets, on the other hand, are not immune to intestinal worms.   Read more…
