Could you please tell me what your coupon code policy is? I made a purchase in October and when I received your invoice it read “We are pleased to offer you a further 6% discount on your next order, please use coupon code “bpc6dis” while placing your next order.” When I placed my next order which was in December, the code was rejected. When I emailed your c/s dept. I was told that it expired. However there is nothing on my invoice showing an expiration date. I am very pleased with your products and pricing, but if these codes expire, it should be stated on the invoice. I would have placed my order earlier had I known. Thank you.

I ordered Frontline Plus on July 13, 2012(Friday late afternoon) and the product was shipped on Monday, July 16, 2012 and I received it on Thursday, July 26, 2012. I consider this an on time delivery coming from Canada to the southern part of USA. This is my second order from Budget Pet Care. Thanks for the good service
